No worries. When I saw the sale and a 1A 7-08 I couldn't pass it up. It would have been nice to get a 275 but the 7-08 is the next best thing.

As kid, always wanted a 1 International in 7x57 and later, an RSI International 6.5x55 or 7mm-08.
This love of the Rugers translated to hunting with my 7-08 Frontier for decades.
The only rifle that might be more fun than my RSI 7-08 is a new Howa Mini in 6.5 Grendel .
He can't shoot like that with a stock Savage and a Bushnell scope
