One thing at a time bud, it's not as easy as waving a magic wand and it magically exists. Hopefully some day down the road they make the whole rifle but for now let's just be happy for what is just around the corner. You can ask for it in different calibers as well once they've got a product on the market.

How exactly does that work legality wise.... Is the upper on the 180b serialized and not the lower? Or is the same serial as the original lower put on this replacement? I would assume you can't have two lowers with the same serial number?

The 180B lower is serialized.
A newly made one would be a stand alone, with its own number.

Yup, and since it's non restricted and there is no registration it's just a simple swap of the lower parts into the new lower and then toss the old lower into the parts drawer
