    Ordered 3 radios and some gear, then added 4 boxes of x25 to get it above $200! Sad thing is, I bet dollars to donuts I will be ordering more on this sale could put it all together!

    The easiest way to program the radios is using free software such as Chirp and a USB cable that you can purchase. http://chirp.danplanet.com/projects/chirp/wiki/Home

    I field programmed mine, it's not too bad, once you get in the swing of it...
