The primary focus of this course will be on MOVEMENT. Efficiency of movement is the largest area that a shooter can improve their scores. Even experienced shooters can benefit from their movements being analysed and refined.

Nobody will leave the course without improving their understanding and skills. With practice of the skills you will learn, your match scores WILL improve.
