I'm not sure if this has been asked/answered but can the Cadex Nuke Strike chassis be used with the other Cadex actions? In example, can I swap between stocks with a Cadex Guardian Lite for example, if not, any plans for the future? Thank you.

It says in the catalog that Sheepdog and Shepherd are Rem 700 footprint, are they not? Shouldn't it fit all your Rem 700 chassis?
So can it be for instance Sheepdog in a Light Competition chassis instead of Strike Nuke?
Hello
If you look closely at most of our chassis you'll see that they feature a top rail(s) which attach to the action receiver. This top rail is proprietary to the action model. A Rem 700 action feature a round top at the front and a half-flat surface at the rear where the top rail attach. So it doesn't matter if customs actions are Rem 700 footprint as they must also comply at the top rail location, most do not and use a round/round pattern. So as an example a Field Strike model will feature the same lower receiver for the Rem 700 , Cadex R7, Stiller and Surgeon (with a minor modif) but they all have their own top rails as none of them are similar.
The R7 feature a recoil lug system under the top rail and heavy duty screws which is not compatible at all with a Rem 700 top rail.
The "Open Top" chassis models are not causing this problem as there's no top rail included. These are designed mostly for actions like Surgeon, Mausingfield, Defiance Deviant Tactical as an example that are featuring integrated top rail systems.
Still the R7 is a Rem style action but the 4 lug 50 degree bolt throw makes it incompatible with our folding stock chassis models due to the angle of the operationg hadle that would get in contact with the main frame of our butt stock section. This is why we do not offer folding stock models for the R7 Sheepdog and Shepherd.
I hope that it helps you to better understand some design technicalities.
Best regards

Who can I talk to in Calgary about the Strike Nuke?
Check the Cadex website for a dealers list.

Patrice, it makes perfect sense thank you for the detailed explanation, but this means that you catalog is misleading.
On page 16 of the new catalog at the bottom left it says "compatible with any Cadex chassis for R7 action" and it shows pictures of what appears to be light strike with top rail and folding stock and filed strike with top action rail. Yet we now know that neither folding stock nor top rail chassis are compatible.
