The Swiss Waffenfabrik Bern 1882 revolver is really nice and similar to my French 1892 model.
Do you know if it's possible to buy ammo somewhere ? Or would I need to reload by myself ?

Thanks for your answer and a Merry Xmas.

Wow.
Around 4 grand at auction in the US.

Once you add in the importation costs, dollar difference, and duty, 5000$ is cheap. Not to mention you get to support a great Canadian business and not have to wait nearly as long as it takes to import a firearm.

I just placed a order for a nice 1882 Revolver, restricted as I have no need to pay extra for a antique. In regards to ammo for them, my understanding from what I have seen on CGN is it is basically a reloaders only caliber. Someone on here did a nice detailed process for reloading for them, shouldn't be too hard to find that thread if someone was interested.

Exactly, this was a great deal.

Thanks. Finally found something for myself this Christmas, Does anybody know if Hornady 7.5 swiss orden die set work with that 7.5 swiss ordnance ?

For the antique Swiss revolver, do you need a RPAL to buy the ammo? Can you transport it like a non-restricted?

I believe you can't hunt with one but you can shoot it any were you can shoot a non restricted at least here in bc
