223 mag question

I only have one of your polymer mags, so I dont know if this is normal or not.

Running your mag on my bolt action about 3-4 out of 10 times it gets stuck in the downward position like in the following pic. Just wondering if this is normal or not. Ive tried putting a small piece of wood in the mag and moving it up and down a hundred or so times thinking that there was something it was rubbing or snagging on and that it would wear it down some, but it keeps sticking on me. Is there something else I can try to prevent it from sticking like that?

Also I only ever load about 5 rounds max in it.

to me the spring on the inside is likely backwards
remove do 1/2 turn replace retry. if it is a leaf spring stretch and replace

hey my ESS chassis looks like it has a crack in the mag well and the rail holes seems to be out of spec. also looks like you spelled MDT wrong. can i get a new one too
