For those who are still curious it bolts to the rifle takes the place of the duckbill on the magazine and allows you to use non-duckbill mags. Easy to install, no permanent modification to the gun, and makes the magazines much nicer.

We have recently made some upgrades to our SKS push forward AK style magazine release. The generation 2 design features:
- Smoother operation.
- Stronger magazine retention.
- Reduced wear on polymer magazines.
- Tighter and better fit.
- Same price.
- Still doesn't permanently alter the rifle!
