    Only way I've found to communicate with Dlask is via telephone. They are great to deal with over the phone, answered on the first ring every time I've called.

    That is kind of crazy. First time I see an internet-based business not being recheable by email. Or by any online mean.

    What if someone wants to email to ask their phone number?
