How about a michelin man dummy? We don't really need al the fine muscle and facial details. That will get around all the gun club rules.

Is it also possible to put a steel plate inside the rubber dummy, and use the dummy as the "shroud". Enough that we can hear the "ping" of the plate and keep all the ricochets inside the dummy?

I was hoping to hang it off the neck over the back. That way a good center mass hit will ring, and no real spall.
