2017 SHOT SHOW: Remington 1911s, and custom shop

Remington has their shooting team captain Travis Tomasie at the booth to promote their double stack 1911s. If people remember, Para Ordnance was put to rest about year and a half ago and their pistol lines are officially transferred to Remington. Along with that, the LDA trigger is gone and deleted from the lines.

The Tomasie Custom comes with 5 lightning cuts on each side of the slide, a bull barrel and exchangeable plastic flared magazine well insert

The Custom Shop of Remington also produces some beautiful 1911s.

I didn't like the feel of my double stack para 1911. Just didn't feel like a true 1911.

Nice looking 1911s! I'm not really a fan of the case hardened look, but it looks good on these pistols.
