Help me recognize an unusual brass I have

There have been some brass show up in our sort that I have never seen before. It's headstamp is NNY in a slavik script and below it is "1986". It has a convex head - as shows in the pictures. Has anyone seen these and can identify them for me?

It looks to me to be 7.62x54r

Yup! 7.62x54 is an exact match. Many thanks for the help. That was too easy. We will get these checked for boxer primed and add them to the web store.

Prvi Partizan cartridges carry the headstamp "ППУ" ("PPU"),[4] which stands as abbreviation of the company's name in Cyrilic letters
