    I'll post all of that within a few days...we just took the program over.

    Every manufacture does their IOP differently. The NEA program is for current and retired Military and Law Enforcement (anyone with peace officer status) but we are just reviewing this with them.

    Some of our programs extend to Fire Departments and Paramedics, some don't.

    We'll post the exact details once we have everything finalized.

    But that's how they put the holes in the donuts!
    They also use special shotgun rounds to disperse the sprinkles.
