I am going to post a note here in case people wonder, because we notice that this business took 50% deposit of a 3500 dollar item that no longer has a definite delivery time after missing the first "scheduled date" 9 months ago and that is without a production commitment by the factory.
Before they left the community, I have asked the business to offer the option of refunding the deposit to those members if they choose to do so , but I do not see that option being offered in this thread here before the last day of their business membership.
As a result, we will not accept this business back into the CGN business program in the future.
