I have owned several over the years. They are fantastic and I regret selling the last one I had. Was trying to get the faux suppressor for it but never materialized. Don’t recall anything negative about it and found it quite easy to disassemble. Very comfortable and usual Swiss quality.

If you look at the overall size - they are not in the same ballpark. I'd like the TP9 to have a good 1911-like trigger, but can't have everything.

Converted USC is still a huge weapon for what it is.

No need for an USC. I have an HK MP5, which has a fantastic trigger.

Pretty much the only reason to get the TP9 is the price, the size and the fact that it uses 9mm. The fact that it's easily suppressed is a plus, too.

What I do remember though is that the iron sights, or rather, the plastic sights suck.

The iron sights I like on it. Plastic yes but work good for what you would need

They do, and adjusting the front post is kinda annoying. Definitely more fun with a red dot.

Update: just got mine this week.

First range trip is history already and I'm almost on the way to the range for the second time.

Now: what lights do you guys use? Surefire Mini Scout appears to be a bit on the big side.

One of those out of towners. Haha. Here I was thinking that this rain was a depressing sight. Full cap mags and a can. Excuse me while I go cry.
