Im unable to go through the checkout process...
Always redirected to the shopping cart on the second step...

Nope, our website just took the last order at 11:57am a few minutes ago.
Maybe try calling us at the store and we can walk you thru it. Something onscreen is not
being clicked or filled in, thats why its not letting you continue.

thanks it just worked now... I had a similar issue on a website of mine were canada post wasnt responding fast enough to provide the quote (same magento store that you guys use, with the one page checkout )
In any case sorry to have created a thread on this but thought maybe it would be good to know if others would get issues

I had issues using the checkout on my computer but it worked using my phone. I was at the point where you put your cc and pal info in and I could not go to the next step after putting in the info as it would do nothing when you clicked the button. I think its something with the computer as my phone worked fine.

I know chrome browser is having some cookie issues with a bunch of Canadian websites right now...I've had to go Firefox for last few days.

Hey Folks
Many times we find that when people enter their info, there are spaces present which do not allow the system to accept the information. When you enter any information, please make sure that your cursor is all the way to the left of the text box so there is no spaces, same with email, etc.
Otherwise, if you ever experience web difficulties, please call the shop and we can process your order manually.
