RCMP would ban anything fun, a semi 1927 is no more a firearm than a 45 semi such as the JR Carbine, there realy is not much reasoning into why one is prohibited and one is non restricted other than the history, good job Cangsters never had the JR or it would be banned also

Why are these not allowed in canada? Auto ordnance / kahr arms makes them....they sell for about 1500 USD....16.5 inch bbl would mean restricted with mag pinned to 5 rounds.....what's the problem?

Just thank the Liberal Party of Canada. They did a good job removing a lot of firearms from circulation in Canada with their C-68 Firearms Act we still live with today. The RCMP are just following the letter of the law that is on the books. The book the Liberal Party in government wrote.

Because modern tactical machine weapon guns are bad! Must bad before mobsters from the 1920s take over downtown Toronto with their Tommyguns!

Banning a historical interesting firearms makes as much sense as the rest of the mess that is Canadian firearms laws. BS from front page to back.

The only reason I haven't made and offer is because I don't want this unicorn slautered, it's another thorn in their back. Always wanted a lookalike of the thompson, just don't make enough money to make it happen.
