Apologies, I should have been more specific, looking for the 10.5" conversion.

Currently our supplier isn't showing any available. They haven't provided us an eta when, if they will be bringing more in.

is it ok to own the barrel with it not installed and kept as spare barrel?

100%, the barrel anyone can buy - even non PAL holders. Storing it requires nothing. Only if you put it on your rifle and make your non restricted rifle a restricted rifle (or vice versa) do you need to worry about paperwork/regulations.

Hey @Thringer. The supplier isn't giving us any indications if they will be bringing more in, or when they could arrive if they will, so at this time, we aren't taking any more pre-orders on them.
