My ghost one (1911) came from double tap sports
White letters (not silver) and belt clip looked different than ghost website also
Shot twice in bad weather and had no ghost lettering left, the logo was ultra fragile

Having a logo rub off in the rain doesn't make it a P.O.S.
Was one of the best race holsters i have ever owned and would still run it
Went with bladetech kydex, scratches the gun but enables the use of a scoop draw technique
Why worry about the logo, you want to be a walking billboard
then again, some want to look that way, I guess
UPDATE:
I called Ghost International this morning and told them my issues. They told me that the manufacturer has made runs of products with really cheap paint that flakes off easily and that have some heavier machine markings. I told him I wasn't that concerned with the logo I just wanted to make sure Tenda did get a run of counterfeit holsters. He told me that Tenda is a distributor for Ghost. He also offered to send me a textured plate that sticks on the front of the holster that looks like the original ones did.
To be clear I dont mean to impugn Tenda in anyway. For example: a couple mainstream distributors of Leupold got a run of off-shore knock offs and had to issue a recall on tons of scopes to no fault of their own. I'm just really leary of fake junk. Ghost was fantastic to deal with.

There's a sponsoring vendor that has been known for selling knockoffs, but they should be indicating that it is not authentic. This particular vendor has also been known to use the name of the original for comparison, but last time I checked, they removed the name of the original from the product description when they got some heat from it.
Most vendors here are very reputable though, have you had any word from yours?

I don't think its a matter of flashy logo's on a product. But why would a manufacturer make an obviously cheaper run of a product ? Did they change the description or lower the price ? I really don't think everything is above board here. I would ask for a refund . It just seems off. I deal direct with Double Alpha. Check them out. Then decide.
