What is everyone talking about? It's not just a "folding handle" for convenience, It was my understanding that the IDF charging handle acts like a lever to help with that initial unlocking of the bolt, just like it does on the Tavor. Anyone whos handled a Tavor knows that that the helix cut the bolt rotates around requires a lot of leverage compared to other rifles. It's a noticeable improvement.

You mean the folding handle actually rotates the bolt before the handle starts to move backwards?

This is the case with the Tar 21, however I dont recall any pry point existing on the x95 demo model with the newer CH I had a chance to look over at CSC, and I dont see any such point on my x95 from the first batch.

X95 charging handle lever in action. It tilts back, unlocking the bolt before you draw it back.

Edit: My optic is a place holder. I have a holoson hs510c on order XD

I noticed that some retailers are charging a hefty price increase for OD green?
