You mean to tell me the conversion kit is 72% of the value of just buying a whole nother complete rifle?

That makes a complete spare parts kit for the remainder of the gun less than $1000........

Yes, but to be fair that kit has a 9mm barrel, and a 9mm complete BCG. Not many big things remain other than the shell, reciever insert, and hammer/sear pack.

That is true, but it still seems steep I was expecting around $1500, when comparing to us prices. Brownells had them listed for 899.00.

IMO I don't get why you would need a 9mm conversion kit. It doesnt use pistol mag so we're stuck with 5 rounds and while 9mm is a bit cheaper to shoot than 223, you're going to have to shoot a hell of a lot of ammo to make up for that $2k.

What i'd like to see? IDF 13" barrels and short hand guards.
You could turn your x95 into and IDF issue clone

I send an e-mail to North Sylva about this and was told that due to very, very low demand plus it will be deemed "restricted", they have no intention of bringing in the 13" versions.

..... but things might change in the future if the demand is there.

Thats unfortunate. I know its more of a hassle down south because the short barrels have to be manufactured in the U.S. but here in canada? They are already making these for the IDF. Just put a bunch of them on the first boat to Canada.
