You do understand that the State of Israeli is currently in the midst of a war and I can guarantee you they have little to no desire to supply anyone but themselves!!

I most certainly do - which is why I mentioned it in the question! Thought it made sense to confirm with the distributor before spending the not insignificant cost for this or its comparables.
