    X-Reload brand new website!



    We are really happy to announce that the new x-reload.com is online!
    It's not just an upgrade, it's a completely redesigned website that will bring your shopping experience on x-reload.com at the next level.

    Here's answers to some questions you might have :



    A - The technology behind the new x-reload.com is up to date, meaning it's more robust and will provide an enhanced user experience. Here's a list of what's improved :

    • The new website is a lot faster than the previous version;
    • Search engine is powerful and returns more accurate results;
    • Shopping cart is simplified;
    • PAL verification is easier;
    • It's responsive which means it will look awesome on all screen sizes;
    • Navigation and menu is more intuitive and requires less clicks;
    • Filters can now be applied within category pages.
    • Wishlist can be accessed by our team for better customer service.





    A - No. Since it's not just an upgrade but a completely new system, actual customers accounts will not be imported. We ask you to create a new one on your first visit.





    A - The X-Rewards actual version is put on hold until June 1, 2017. All points are valid and will stay in your account until the new version of the reward program rolls out. We will keep you informed of the release date.





    A - Yes. In order to be sure to stay alerted when your favorite item is back in stock, we strongly advise you to subscribe again on the new website.





    A - Yes. You can always count on our accurate inventory, updated in real time!





    A - You can contact us at support@x-reload.com 24/7 or visit our help center. We will update our tutorials in the upcoming weeks.





    A - Yes. We are working on the french version and it will launch in Q4 of 2017.

    MUCH MUCH improved. Thank you. Old website was obnoxiously slow and glitchy in comparison.
    Please get on the X-Rewards back online. I was about to use mine.

    I am unable to log in now. Tried resetting my password but no email has shown up yet either.

    Same here. Is there any way to use them if we have already collected or do we have to wait until July?

    Now we're talking! Much better site than the old one!

    When I've got more time I'll have to peruse the new site a little more in depth, but so far looks great.

    Sorry guys but for now the X-Reward are not in function on our new website. A brand new module is necessary to integrate this tool on the new platform and it does not exist currently.

    We look at June until full integration of the reward points. Nothing will be lost.

    Was just about to ask about this. I assume that no new points will be accumulated between now and whenever the new tool comes online? That's disappointing.....
