One more question. Will the fully loaded mag seat easily on a closed bolt?

In this mag dump video, when the mag is inserted it is fully loaded and the bolt is closed. Seats easily on a closed bolt.

Note: there are only 8 in the mag of the first mag configurations video to allow for easier removal of the coupler.

There is obviously a market for a blank bottom end to your mag. Many many people want a 30rd length 10rd AR pistol mag. There are products out there to put on the bottom of LAR mags now and they sell well. This should tell you there is a market. People are asking for them now on this thread for your product before you even have them for sale. This again should tell you there is a market. It is frustrating when manufactures tell you what you want and not listen you, the customers. A real failing of the industry. It is with little doubt someone will eventually make a blank extension for your product.

We are aware of the interest for a 10rnd pistol mag in a 30rnd size body. As for the extensions for our mags, there are a few issues that we've tried to make known. The largest issue is economy of scale for injection molding. Injection molding is the only way we could be able to build an extension that is strong enough to be comparable in quality and durability to our magazines. The molds for injection molding are _very_ expensive, and the only way to justify that cost is to either have high volume part runs, or high cost small volume runs. Because of the small size of the market for extensions, the extensions themselves would be very expensive (more than the cost of another magazine).

We aren't trying to tell people what they want. The reality is the market is much too small to justify expense of designing and manufacturing injection molded mag extensions.

Seems interesting just curious as to whether they would detach if you clipped (pun intended) the mag on a door way or something similar.

Moe wants to invest in your operation, he will finance the production of the extension split the profit with you 50/50 and take all the risk. This cgn thing sure is paying off for you guys huh?
