The MPX 9mm Now In 4.5"-8"-16"

the first post says they're classed as pistol...so 10 round mags are good to go (unless I'm reading wrong). 10/30's please...
 
What a conundrum. These are classed as pistols so 10 round mags are legal. However if a rifle version is imported (which is the only way to get it NR) the mags will be deemed dual use and all be limited to 5 rounds.

Whats more important? 10 round capacity or available Non-restricted models?

That didn't happen with AR pistol mags.

It id happen with the MP15-22 and ruger 10/22.

And the AR pistol mags are mags specifically designed and made for AR pistols. Sig doesnt make mags specifically for the MPX pistol, they make the same mags for pistol and rifles.

Mdc already stated that pistol mg will be different than rifle mag in the other thread
