    Wow great news !

Would look amazing with a VLTOR modstock system.
Even better, if it takes AK mags.

Thanks for bringing these in NS.

IMAO price is good, IF you dont get a rifle that needs indexing
or wathever other problems first gen of M305, had.

Why put the ugly short flash hider on it though? as opposed to using a regular sexy looking m14 one, this must just increase the cost.

Looks like the flash hider and the front sight are all one unite , if it is and can be removed as one then cleaning the gas tube would be easy .............. my 2 cents

It looks really interesting and my first instinct says, "I want one," But it we are looking at uber expensive or hard to find mags, with a rifle that weighs the same as the .308 I'm not seeing a huge advantage other than cheaper ammo, and if you're buying non-corrosive or hunting ammo the savings disappear pretty quick.
It would have to be lighter than the .308 version for me to be interested in it.

The mini 30 has a reputation for having trouble with surplus and steel ammo ... not everyone has this problem, but many people do report that and factory mags are hard to find and are expensive, but valid point on price (however, new products to market tend to be higher and tend to fall in price over time).

I'm certainly "interested", but I'll take a wait and see approach.

Always like to see new guns coming into Canada but this price is kinda steep. I am interested to see how they do in the used market.

Like others have said already, good luck Type 81. No one cares about you now
