If you could talk to any victim killed in crime, they would much rather have had a handgun than a law.

Interesting. Would love to see how they look with 10 round AK mags. The full length 30 rounders seem a little out of proportion.

Why is it that the chi-coms can come out with a spectacular rifle in 7.62X39, but the big manufacturers ignore this demand?
Instead of adapting their lever action rifles to a plentiful & reasonable caliber, they continue to churn out 30-30 dreck!
How about Savage chambering their successful Axis bolt action rifle in 7.62X39?
M1 carbines in 7.62X39? Of course CZ gets it with their superb CZ 527 carbine, but it's just too pricy.
What's wrong with the rest of the gun makers?

well the big manufacturers ignore the x39 because of its lack of accuracy. the appeal is cheap surplus, not match or hunting.

so the will exclude most bolt guns. they are used for hunting or accuracy, both of with surplus x39 sucks balls in.

all we have left are semi automatics. ignore Canada for a second and think. gun makers are US or European based. X39 is an AK round for the most part. the US makes/imports boatloads of AK's. Europe just has them there. so what is the benefit to make a x39 gun?

the only reason people buy surplus is for cheap plinking fun. and if you buy a "new" rifle in x39, it is no longer "cheap" fun.

It would hold open if you use a Yugo mag, just like the Ak47
