Cadpat is ITAR and if it ever shows up on civi Street it's because it was stolen or someone in disposal screwed up.
Does the webbing come with all the pouches?
Better tell that to your local CANEX who sell scores of cadpat items. Not to mention the companies who make and sell cadpat gear.
