grizzly 12.5 ghost ring replacement screws

Hello Canadaammo,
I think I lost screws that came with the ghost ring (grizzly 12.5).
Is there anyway I can purchase replacement screws.
I've tried spare screws that I had but It seems like DA screws are in metric measurement and shap is a bit different than typical mounting screws.
I would love to purchase extra screws if you have them since I lose small parts easy lol

Two little mounting screws for rear ghost ring.
When I received the shotgun, two screws and a sight were packaged seperately in a small plastic bag.
