    After some google searching believe that ACOG with the ACSS is only sold by Primary Arms in the US , other Trijicon dealers dont seem to sell it , I want one too .. CTCS is the importer of PA , i have been meaning to ask them if they can bring some in .

    The TA31R series in regulated under the US State Dept. and is only exportable to Military and LE. The TA31-G, and TA31-C series are regulated through the Dept of Commerce and as such can be imported into Canada.

    Not to hijack a thread on another dealer's page, but I know CTC supplies stocks Primary Arms optics. They have some optics with the ACSS reticle, so maybe contact them to see if they can import one for you?
