They just recently had some last month 16 inches, ( yup! I had to get one ) they are just as nice as the 45/70 ( yup had to have one of them too !) The finish is a shining nickel/chrome , not like the 44 mag which are a flat nickel finish. Both the 44mag and the 38/357 actions are slick and cycle smoothly. Lovely rifles some of the higher end leavers actions that are still very usable without regrets.
The 12 inch ones appeal to me more. 16 inch is not quite compact enough.
Wanstalls can you get the 12 inch models in 357?
If so I will put a deposit down
