I thought the target model had a 26" barrel different stock and a target grip is this not a flat top model?

Indeed. Mine is a flat top and appears Identical to the one depicted.

I googled pe90 target and got lots of pics that look just like that so can't blame them but there is a true target version out there just extremely rare seen one but I think they wanted 7000$

You guys are thinking of the sniper version. If I remember correctly, the target model is a flat top with 1in7 inch twist barrel. Flip up rear sight with un-hooded front sight. No rear diopter unless added as an accessory to the optics rail.

If somebody knows different, I would like to hear it.
