Why don't you take them to court? You could probably get a ruling against further abuses like this, and maybe you could even get damages.

The receivers are not same according to the person I talked to.
Can I put some of the wood on vz58 “Super Short” 7.5" Barrel?
WR's have threaded receivers,cz's dont.

On what specifically?when I contacted Kodiak about buying a receiver that's exactly what they told me.
Edit,looks like your correct that they did indeed change them after I asked.might make it slightly easier to fit another barrel if the dimensions line up .

We are pleased to announce that we have laid the CZ 858 “SPATRAN” nemesis to rest. “That shipment” has been rebuilt on new Kodiak receivers, fitted with new CZ 19 inch barrels these are non-restricted rifles. Quantities are limited.
