Wouldn't the new firearms lab interpretation of what is considered a semi auto lower impact the classifications of these?

Well these are full auto lowers in the picture so no. The semi auto determination letter doesn't apply. They are full auto, rather than easily converted semi auto.

Could they be de-milled (cut between the safety and buffer mount) and sold to collectors?
It's two words people. LONG BRANCH. Not Longbranch.
    And we’ll we’re at it it’s No.4Mk.1 not Mk4No1 or Mk1No4

That will make them into converted auto which is still prohibited.

Are those serial numbers photoshopped? Extremely low and '85 manufacture.

What does it take to appease the RCMP in terms of dewating a lower? I'd love to have one.

The photos of the C8 Lowers are the real deal. Nothing photoshopped.
The lowers will never be available.
