When he first started up you could pick up orders at his house if you were local but I think there was some legal BS about liability, so now he ships everything.
I don't think I've ever seen a negative comment about Henry. Not many vendors have that distinction.

I am often after components that Henry doesn't usually stock. He has brought in for me everything I've ever asked for and sold/shipped them at more than competitive pricing. I don't think it gets much better than that.
