Yeah the link in the banner of all ads on the top of the page doesn't work but the link posted by Above49TH works for me, on chrome.
Kinda, more likely depending on a person's DNS server which dictates time to live for a name request it will not query for the new IP until it passes the TTL.
Looks like name resolution is going to
184.168.221.9 for the nonauthorative but querying the actual Dns server you get
50.63.202.8 which also goes nowhere
