Normal for the Manitoba CFO, sometimes same day if not next day almost certainly.

How's the Quebec CFO at transfering a private deal to Ontario?

You'd think they'd want it gone from their province, ASAP.

It's the CFO in the Province of the purchaser who approves the transfer so in that case it's Ontario, got nothing to do with Quebec.

No sir, I would imagine it takes longer to deny a transfer than to approve one.

Now they have to cross reference a list of banned firearms after making sure any potential new owner possessed a license to have said firearm, then they have to type up a letter informing them of denial, then sending a separate one to the current owner as to way the sale can’t go through.
