March 23 to May 27th,2020 and
April 1st to June 9th,2020. I was told that the current wait time in Ontario is 6 -8 weeks but mine averaged 10 weeks.

I’m moving soon, I ordered an AR on April 15th and still waiting.
Also own several restricted and I need to call the cfo anyways to get
an ATT to move them, should I ask them about the AR

ATTs for moving are handled promptly, by email.

If you call the Ontario CFO, the recorded message says where to send the email...

So April 15- June 19
