The only way to get through is to call at 9am and wait on hold for 15 mins. Works everytime though.

Has anyone called in a gotten information without a transfer reference number. Can they see the initiated transfer by just looking up you rpal number? thanks.

yes, they can and that's what I did once when initiating a private transfer. I asked the lady if she can see an incoming transfer from business but I don't have the reference number and she said yes here is the number.
But it depends on the person who answers the phone and his or her mood.

Doesn't help that there are like 1 CFO to process both applications and restricted firearms... atleast that is what it seems like. Someone lmk if there is more than 1 CFO lol

I’d look into this because I think I’m seeing people who have ordered a month after you did and have already received their item.
