    Seems pretty questionable to me if the starting price for the auction isn't what it normally sells for on their website.

    Well, it's 9:00 AM on the west coast so I imagine we will get it clarified pretty soon. Wanstalls have been very decent to deal with the few times I have done business with them so I suspect we are missing something here.

    What does it matter what the starting price is?? Just wait till it gets to the price you want to pay and buy it.

    Items start at full retail and are reduced as per the progressive sale rules.

    The Volquartesen rifle you mentioned sold on progressive @2699.99 and the progressive sale item remains on the website as "out of stock"

    We have never listed a VQ rifle @ $2699.99 other than this last progressive sale.
