I bought a few boxes from them at the Chilliwack show today. I shoot the stuff through a k98 and a yugo. It shoots fine, a little hot and the primers are flatter after shooting than commercial hunting ammo.

    I just shot 5 rds. yesterday from a M-48..
Way to HOT Just pulled some apart with a average charge of 44.9 of a flake type powder
I'm going to drop it down to 42 grains and see how that works..
So now I have 1200 rds to redo.. Glad I got it on sale

I shot a box in 4 groups of 5 shots out of my ddr k98. Got these groups in order @ 100m; 1.25",3.75",4",1.5".

My m48 mauser was shooting no better than 5" with it, with handloads I can shoot 1.15".

I Havnt pulled any apart or OAL measured but there must be some loose specs here, accuracy seems to vary.

Overall not bad tho, plink worthy for sure.

The powder from 15 cases varied from low to high about 1 gr.
The bullets scaled out at 197.5 gr. almost perfect per spec.. Nice boat tail on those also
Tighten up on the powder and OAL should improve accuarcy

Gave it a second chance in a different gun.
4/5 pierced primers, and 2 of them also leaked.

They must have put the crappiest primers they could find in there.....

We did thorough testing and all rounds are will within CIP specifications, under max and under the excess allowed. Totally safe.

The primers are not the cheapest money can buy.

Anyone who has had issues with pierced primers or gas leaks, was it a surplus rifle and has the head space been verified? Excess firing pin protrusion?

These are not "weak" loads but they are not overpressure.

They might be safe.. But when you can't get your bolt open without pounding on it.. Not much fun

I've only tried the one rifle... I was getting pierced primers also
