Wow seriously disappointed (mainly because I'm missing out) with miscommunication at your store today (understanding there is an even going on and your busy with that). Called in to order a Glock 34 was told great we have a couple in stock and it would be 15% off web price and a free Glock Safety kit and possibly free shipping, was then passed on to a web sales accosiate that stated, it was regular price and to get the safety kit would have to pay shipping on it...

I passed and am not looking to sidestep any rules of your event but an in store only heads up would be nice and staff informed of the days events and rules would also be nice. Have a great event, I know these are not easy to put on and web sales is a fraction of in store purchases on a day like this.

We apologize for the miscommunication, and have ensured that all staff are on the same page with the promotions. There are no sale prices available on Glock Firearms outside the store, nor is there any free shipping. At no time have these been discussed or disseminated to the staff or posted to social media, so I am not sure where the person you originally dealt with got that information.

Glock Ear and Eye protection is included with the purchase of a Glock firearm today. This is in the form of a Glock Range kit that includes safety glasses, ear plugs, earmuffs, a microfiber glasses bag, ear plug case, and earmuff belt keeper, and range bag.

Please email me directly at colind@theshootingedge.com so I can discuss this with you personally, as I am very embarrassed and want to talk this out. We aim to provide strong customer service, and I want to make sure we are able to see that things like this don’t happen.

- When ordering through your website, will it give us an accurate total for shipping the pistol and safety kit together?

- How is the 10% calculated? Is the sales tax calculated based on the original price or the discounted price?

- When does the sale end? The original post says this sale is until close of business tomorrow, whereas a few posts up it says the sale is on until open of business tomorrow.

Yes, yes it does.

Yes. The shipping cost is not going to change based on the addition of the kit.

- How is the 10% calculated? Is the sales tax calculated based on the original price or the discounted price?

The taxes are based on the selling price of the item at the time of sale, ie 10% lower than the not sale price.

- When does the sale end? The original post says this sale is until close of business tomorrow, whereas a few posts up it says the sale is on until open of business tomorrow.

End of business today, I will correct that.
