For those wondering: I'm about an L Flexfit, bought both a black and tan -- and these fit me perfectly without me adjusting at all--adjustment allows lots of movement for fit in both directions.
I have a size 8 head. XL flexfits cut off the circulation to my brain and leave a red mark across my forehead. I refuse to wear a snap cap on the last hole. That's just advertising I'm a freak.
I better order a couple. Might be the majic ones.
