I would be in if it was flexfit. They seem to be the only ones that fit my melon of a head
My better half works in the film industry and said something very similar as she spent days fitting hats to hundreds of people. It went something like this: "You don't have a big head, everyone thinks they do but they <tape measure goes around head> oh holy ####! Okay - you have a big head".

Picked up one of each last year (this is a smoking deal, BTW)...I'm about 24.5" in circumference, which according to Google is 7 3/4 to 7 7/8. Plus there's still room to let it out if I ever grow my hair back!

For those wondering: I'm about an L Flexfit, bought both a black and tan -- and these fit me perfectly without me adjusting at all--adjustment allows lots of movement for fit in both directions.

I have a size 8 head. XL flexfits cut off the circulation to my brain and leave a red mark across my forehead. I refuse to wear a snap cap on the last hole. That's just advertising I'm a freak.
