Slick Hat! and maybe I just appreciate the smaller things but the fact that it shipped in its own box to prevent ruining the form was a pleasant surprise! Kudos for that!

I ordered a tan hat, it was in stock, but i got a black one, i emailed you twice in 2 days and not even a peep in response.

darren got back to me as soon as his weekend was over, tan hat is being sent with the black hat being a gift. Once again OSTS has proven they care about us!! Thanks OSTS
