Moving firearms to my other address?

Hey guys. So before I phone in tomorrow just wanna see what info is out there

I'm going to my cottage for the summer and wondering if I can take my restricted handguns with me as I'll be gone for a month or two from home

Thoughts? Is there an ATT of some sort for this?

You want an ATT "for temporary storage".
    Reason (e).
The same ATT that will authorize you to transport them there will also serve to authorize you to store them there.

If your in Ontario and have a newer RPAL, transport is a condition of the license. You no longer require an ATT to transport home, to a licensed range, to a smithy or a gun show. Since your going residence to residence your covered.
If its an older RPAL without the conditions, you can call the CFO and request a newer license or it will be automatically updated with your next restricted purchase.

No you are not covered. Even the new ATT attached to your licence is ONLY for the residence that is associated with your PAL.

OP you can call the CFO and get a secondary location ADDED. We have guys that live up here in company housing 2 weeks in and 2 weeks out and literally took them a 5 minute phone call to get the second place put on.
