    Good that Milarm responds. Considering how long this fall through the cracks was perhaps a customer incentive would help, like other suggest, because so far this is just giving the OP what he is rightfully due without amends for the "oversight".

    I've had only one transaction with Milarm but it was a very positive experience... every business has made a mistake at one time or another.
