    Type 81 parts kit ?

Will there be a Type 81 "field service parts kit" available along with the rifles?
    Thanks

I believe as TI stated in some other threads that no there won't be spare parts kits but should you need anything they have spares on hand to fix and service rifles

    Thanks for the info Bfiles.
I bet others would also like a 'spare parts' kit, especially due to the uniqueness of this rifle.

I too would love some spare parts. Hopefully TI realizes this and gets some kits made up for us

Firing pins, trigger assemblies and bolts are gonna be must have parts for these. I'm not really comfortable not having any spare parts for a rifle im bringing into the bush.

And it's unlikely to be made again for years into the foreseeable future. Spare parts would be good. Good luck with that.

No spare parts isnt good, i voiced this to TI.. but it seems like its their modus operendi i.e no spare parts or mags for the SAF either... ive been waiting more than a year for mags and parts with no guarantees..

i dont know what to think about the T81 in this regard.

I had a chance to shoot a Type 81 when I was in the military some years back. Reliable (seem to be), No malfunctions with about 6 guys putting it through the paces. Parts will be needed though.. I will be ordering one for sure, even with the projected scarcity of parts.. they are sweet..
