Hell even Target Sports and sail would be on my list before Ellwood Epps.
Hmmm. I had no idea. Only reason I popped into this thread was by coincidence. I saw Epps in the title, and I happen to be headed there soon. Just for somthing to do really while in that area... I'll give them a chance, but I guess it goes to show that a happy customer will tell a few people...an upset customer will tell the world. And in this communication age, telling the world is easy to do. Bad social media reviews can ruin a small business quicker than any other time in history. It would be interesting to see Epps chime in here. Im sad to read all of this really. I want successful gun shops in Ontario! !
If you meet more than one azzhole per day...chances are you're the azzhole....

Ain't no flies on Epps. They are top drawer all the way. Wes is honourable and fair and the staff are by and large quite knowledgable.

Do mistakes get made? Sure. Sh1t happens. I have never seen ill will on the part of Epps - ever!!, and I have bought / sold many firearms from them / through them over the years. They run a clean and honest business. It isn't easy dealing with the public on a day to day basis but Epps does it better than most and will try to make things right in those circumstances where there is a genuine product issue.
