Don't think the picture the gun course took of me is good enough

I paid 45 dollars but I realize it does not fit the measurements listed on the paper. My shoulders are not entirely visible in the picture (i was wearing a coat) at all like the reference states they should be.
Will I have to go somewhere else and have my photos retaken?

You can take it yourself, size it properly and print it off on photo paper. But your shoulders don't need to be visible anyway.

I know a guy who used a picture of him from a vacation in Mexico, blue sky and everything. They're really not that picky.

Mine looks like ####, bright background+ white tshirt+ whatever filter they put on= blinded by the lights, but it was accepted. Shows you how much they don't care...

By the time you crop it to the size they want you can't see shoulders anyway.

I used a passport photo, supposedly does not meet the requirements.

Approved and used that picture for multiple licenses.

I'm fairly sure if your photo wont work they will contact you for a new one.

I sent a photo in showing my shoulders and on the license itself they cropped my shoulders out, haha.
